Idea / Property

You have a property, an idea — or both.

Viability

Know whether it's work pursuing before you invest heavily.

Build-Ready Preconstruction

Coordinate what needs to happen to get the chosen project ready to build.

Construction

Build it with one accountable team coordinating the moving pieces.

Phase 1 — Viability

Know Before You Invest Heavily.

Before you spend heavily on plans, engineering, permitting or construction, make sure there’s a realistic project worth pursuing.

If you already have a fairly specific project in mind, the question is whether it can realistically work. If you own or are evaluating a property but aren’t yet sure which direction makes sense, the question is which possibilities deserve further investment.

 Project Viability Review

You have a fairly specific project in mind.

BBC evaluates one property and one primary project concept to identify the major conditions, questions, and constraints that could affect whether it makes sense to move forward.

Best for questions like:

“Can I realistically build this here?”
“Will this property support what I want to do?”
“What needs to be resolved before I invest further?”

 Property Potential Review

You know you want to do something with the property, but you’re not yet sure which direction makes the most sense.

BBC evaluates and compares up to three realistic concepts so you can narrow the possibilities before investing heavily in any one of them.

Best for questions like:

“What could I realistically do with this property?”
“Which of these ideas deserves further investment?”
“What is likely to be the most practical use of what I already own?”

 The Outcome

Know what appears realistic, what could change the answer, and what should happen next — before you invest heavily in the wrong direction.

Ready to Get Clear on Your Project?

Whether you already know which review fits your situation or need help determining the right starting point, begin with a Build Clarity Call.

What the Review Does for You

Instead of piecing together property information, agency answers and professional opinions on your own, BBC brings the relevant pieces together through a builder’s lens.

  • Site/property evaluation with builder/construction perspective
  • Review of relevant public information and jurisdictional questions
  • Identification of needed specialists
  • Targeted agency inquiry when appropriate
  • Written findings + recommendation call

The goal is not to design the project at this stage.

The goal is to answer the important questions early enough to determine whether — and how — it makes sense to invest further.

Phase 2 — Build-Ready Preconstruction

Turn a Viable Direction Into a Buildable Project.

Once the direction is clear, a different problem begins: plans, professionals, permits, site requirements, budget decisions and agencies all have to line up in the right order.

Built by Caron coordinates those moving pieces so the project keeps advancing — without you personally chasing every professional, agency response and open item yourself.

Depending on the project, this may include:

  • Coordinating the required professionals
  • Translating owner goals into plans and technical information
  • Builder review of plans and constructability
  • Jurisdiction/permit coordination
  • Site/utilities/access/engineering coordination
  • Budgeting/major decisions/open-item tracking.

You shouldn’t have to personally chase every professional, agency and moving piece required to get your project ready to build.

 The Outcome

A defined, coordinated project positioned to move into construction once the necessary plans, approvals and requirements are in place.

Have a Defined Project And Need Help Getting it Ready to Build?

Whether you’re starting with an idea that has already been vetted or have plans and questions that still need to be coordinated, we can help determine what needs to happen next.

Phase 3 — Construction

Turn the Plans Into the Finished Project

Once the project is ready to build, the job changes from planning to execution. BBC takes responsibility for coordinating the trades, materials, schedule, inspections, site activity and day-to-day decisions required to keep the project moving.

This can include:

  • Construction planning, mobilization, scheduling and sequencing
  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades, materials and site activity
  • Monitoring work against the plans, scope and quality expectations
  • Coordinating inspections and handling normal field decisions
  • Identifying problems early, managing changes and coordinating solutions
  • Ongoing client communication, cost tracking, punch-list and closeout

 The Outcome

A completed project with one accountable builder coordinating the moving pieces — rather than you trying to manage trades, schedules, inspections and construction problems yourself.

 Getting ready to build?

If your project is defined and you’re preparing to move into construction, let’s talk through where things stand and what would be needed to move forward with Built by Caron.

Wherever you are in the process, the right next step should reduce uncertainty and move the project forward.

Residential Projects We Help Move Forward

Whether you’re still determining what’s possible or already preparing to build, Built by Caron works across a range of residential projects.

  Custom Homes

Know whether the property can support the home you envision, then coordinate the path from concept to build-ready and through construction.

  Major Remodels

Determine whether the home you already have can realistically become the home you need — before committing heavily to a direction that may not work.

  Additions & ADUs

Understand what the property can support and how zoning, utilities, access and existing conditions could affect the project before investing in plans.

  Residential Development

Clarify what can realistically be built, then coordinate the professionals, approvals and decisions required to move it forward.

Not sure which category your project fits into? That’s okay.

The right starting point depends more on what you’re trying to accomplish and what’s already known than on having the perfect label for it.

Experience Matters Most Before a Problem Gets Expensive.

Michael Caron has spent 20+ years leading custom homes, major remodels, additions and residential development projects.

That experience affects what gets noticed early, which questions get asked, who needs to be involved, how agency answers are interpreted, and which decisions can prevent unnecessary cost or delay later.

Once a project moves into construction, that same experience carries through the coordination of trades, materials, schedules, inspections and the day-to-day decisions required to keep the work moving.
