You don't need every answer – or a perfectly ready project – to begin.

20+ years leading complex residential construction projects across Oregon.

Most Construction Projects Don't Go Off Track All at Once

Costs, delays, and construction stress usually build through a series of smaller decisions, missed details, and moving parts that were never fully aligned.

A project can become more expensive when decisions are made before the full picture is understood.

A schedule can lose weeks – or months – when plans, approvals, materials, and contractors are not coordinated in the right order.

And when no one is overseeing the project as a whole, managing every question, problem, and contractor can quickly fall back on you.

The Right Next Step Depends on Where the Project Stands

Still planning?

You may be:

  • Evaluating a property or determining what is realistically possible
  • Working through design, engineering, zoning, or permits
  • Trying to establish priorities before committing more money
  • Unsure which decisions should happen first or next
  • Looking for the right team to bring the project through completion

Already underway?

You may be dealing with:

  • A schedule that keeps shifting
  • Costs increasing beyond what you expected
  • Contractors or decisions that are not fully coordinated
  • Work that has stalled or needs correction
  • Uncertainty about who is responsible for what happens next

Wherever the project stands, the goal is the same: make informed decisions while there is still time to protect the budget, timeline, and outcome.

Built Around the Project You Actually Have

Every residential construction project involves different decisions, risks, and moving parts. The approach should reflect the property, what you want to build, where the project currently stands, and result you are working toward.

Custom Homes

Bring the property, plans, approvals, budget priorities, contractors, and construction sequence together so the home can be completed as envisioned.

 Major Remodels

Navigate existing conditions, structural changes, hidden complications, contractor sequencing, and the challenge of integrating new work into an existing home.

 Additions & Additional Units

Understand how zoning, utilities, access, design, structural connections, and construction logistics affect what the property can support.

 Residential Development

Coordinate approvals, plans, material orders and deliveries, contractors, schedules, quality standards, and decisions across multiple homes, lots, or units.

You may already know where the project stands and what you believe needs to happen next. An experienced perspective can help confirm that direction, uncover considerations that may be easy to miss, or make sure the next decision supports everything that must happen afterward.

Keep the Budget, Timeline, and Moving Parts Working Together

A successful project requires more than completing one task at a time. Each decision affects what can happen next.

Protect the Investment

Identify potential conflicts and costly decisions before more money is committed or completed work has to be changed.

Protect the Schedule

Coordinate plans, approvals, materials, contractors, and decisions in the order the project actually requires.

Reduce the Chaos

Create clear responsibility and communication across the project so you are not left trying to manage every contractor, question, and unexpected issue yourself.

When the project is managed as one connected process, problems can be addressed earlier, decisions can be made with greater confidence, and the work can keep moving toward completion.

More Than Two Decades of Residential Construction Experience

Michael has spent more than 20 years leading custom homes, major remodels, additions, and residential-development projects across Oregon.

His role is to understand the project as a whole, bring the right people and decisions together, and remain involved from the early planning stages through completion.

His approach is straightforward:

Identify problems early. Recognize potential obstacles before they become costly mistakes.
Coordinate the right people. Keep contractors, suppliers, professionals, decisions, and responsibilities aligned.
Communicate clearly. Keep clients informed, respond when questions arise, and make sure responsibilities, decisions, and next steps are understood.
Stay involved through completion. Provide consistent oversight as conditions change and the project progresses.
